Food is fuel, medicine, and joy. Here are some of my favorite recipes that support energy, hormone balance, and overall well-being.
Sipping on sunshine and antioxidants—goodbye, boring water!
Dude, can we talk about one of my all-time favorite summer hacks?! Because I feel like not enough people know this and it kind of blows my mind every time I say it out loud...
Infused water — the kind where you drop fruits, veggies, or fresh herbs right into your water and just let them hang out (no squeezing, no juicing, just vibing) — counts toward your daily water intake. Like, fully counts.
As a health coach, I'm always nudging my people toward at least 64 oz of water a day as a baseline — and more depending on your goals, your activity level, and honestly, how hot it is outside (hi, Arizona 👋). But here's the thing: plain water gets boring. So if infused water is what gets you to that 64 oz and beyond? We are absolutely doing that.
I've been obsessed with these combinations lately, and I had to share them with you...
Check out the recipe cards below! A little bit of pizzazz, a whole lot of refreshing. Exactly what your afternoon needed. 🍊🌿

Strawberry basil lemonade water
Fresh strawberries + basil sprigs + a few lemon slices. Sweet, herby, and weirdly fancy.

Cucumber lemon mint
The spa classic. Thin cucumber slices, lemon rounds, and a big handful of fresh mint. Crisp and cool.

Peach rosemary
Sliced fresh peaches + a rosemary sprig. Sounds fancy, tastes like a hug in a glass. Sooooo good.

Blueberry orange
A handful of blueberries + orange slices. Beautiful purple color, bright citrus finish. This one looks gorgeous.

Pineapple jalapeño mint
Pineapple chunks + a couple jalapeño slices + mint. Sweet, spicy, and totally unexpected. Not for the faint of heart!

Apple cinnamon ginger
Sliced apple + a cinnamon stick + fresh ginger coins. Feels like fall in a pitcher but honestly perfect year-round.

High-Protein Overnight Oats with Berries & Chia Seeds
These high-protein overnight oats are creamy, filling, and naturally sweetened with fresh berries and almond butter.
